Хороший гастроном, хожу со дня основания. Очень чисто, хороший ассортимент. Всегда все свежее, единственное, дороговатый мясной отдел, цены там слишком завышены и в рыбном отделе, особенно на икру. Еще, отдельно хочу сказать про продавцов, какие то они, многие неприветливые, неприятные, предпенсионного возраста.

Большинство покупателей хамят,огрызаются,считают что в магазине в порядке вещей устраивать истерики и писать жалобы,оскорблять продавцов и возмущаться всем,чем только не лень.Я из личного опыта могу ответить,что не возможно всем улыбаться,быть приветливым и «кланиться в ноги«Когда покупатели совсем не доброжелательны и РЕАЛЬНО->портят настроение!Всем не угодить.А от продавцов и кассиров мало что зависит.Есть чёткие правила того как и что должно быть в зале,с товаром и т.д

Хочется отметить хороший ассортимент товаров, всегда всё есть, что нужно. В магазине очень вкусная и годная кулинария, сколько беру, ещё ни разу не траванулся. Но бывают и казусы. В запакованных блинчиках например начинка может не соответствовать этикетке(фото прилагается). Это бывает крайне неприятно. Можно тогда ввести в оборот этикетку — «Блинчики со случайной начинкой»!Был забавный случай в данном гастрономе. Одному знакомому байкеру(рост 215/вес 150, огромный бородатый дядя под 40 лет) не продали пиво, потому что он не смог доказать, что ему больше 18 лет. Паспорта с собой не было))))))))))))) – показать
