Ситуация так и не исправлена. Сегодня пришла за определенными товарами, и весь нужный отдел заставлен коробками, да так, что к нему вообще не пройти. А точнее коробками заставлена половина магазина :/ Потрясающе, время потратила впустую. Сотрудников ходит много, но разбирают эти завалы от силы человека два.

Я часто хожу сюда за овсяным молоком «Nemoloko». По сравнению с ценой в супермаркетах (от 109 руб.), здесь оно стоит 77 рублей. Это несомненный плюс, но! Во-первых, здесь постоянно все завалено коробками, к товару не подобраться, так как коридорчики очень узкие, а стопки коробок мешают пройти даже двум людям. Ладно это было бы всего несколько раз, я могла бы понять, мол, поставка товара, разобрать сразу не получается, но эта ситуация есть при каждом моем походе! В разные дни и в разное время суток! Если я хочу взять товар (особенно в отделе химии), мне нужно просачивать свою руку сквозь маленькие щели 🙄 Во-вторых, обслуживание здесь, конечно, очень плохое. Кассир может не сказать ни слова, пока пробивает товар. Я - приверженец обслуживания хотя бы с малой долей интереса со стороны кассира. В-третьих, некоторые позиции в отделе химии по факту дороже, чем в других магазинах, и акций здесь в связи с фикс-ценой, конечно, нет, но это не минус. В любом случае, я продолжу ходить сюда за молоком ради экономии, но надеюсь, что когда-нибудь все коробки разберут 😁
