Рассказываю про свой опыт: обратился во вторник с небольшим заказом до пятницы. всю среду обрабатывали заказ, писали разные менеджеры с одинаковыми вопросами. В один момент все перестали отвечать, оператор говорил "да, сообщения вижу, всё успеем". Вес четверг тишина. Ужасно подвели.

Брал футболку с принтом ВУЗа и фамилией на спине. Продуктом доволен, качество отличное. Снизил бал за невозможность "официально" оплатить картой на сайте (предлагают перевести на частную карту), поэтому оплатил на месте в кассу наличными.
