Возникла крайне нелепая ситуация с метрополитеном. На карте, по которой проходили в метро был положительный баланс около 700 руб., проезд в местро стоит 39 руб., т.е. вполне хватало средств. Но по каким-то причинам платеж не прошел. В метрополитене сказали, что нужно погасить задолженность в личном кабинете и все станет ОК, если не получается, то обращайтесь в службу поддержки Юнителлер. В итоге оплатить задолженность я почему-то не могу. В службе поддержки по телефону не общаются, говорят пишите свои вопросы на почту. А у мальчиков которые отвечают на почту, уже заготовлены отписки: "По правилам платежной системы МИР, причина, по которой карта попала в стоп лист не дает возможности провести доавторизацию и вывести карту из стоп листа. Рекомендуем клиенту перевыпустить карту или использовать для оплаты проезда в метро токен, выпущенный к данной карте." или "Это ответ от банка, обслуживающего метрополитен, увы, он является окончательным. Со своей стороны мы не можем повлиять на результаты рассмотрения Вашего обращения." и все в таком духе. На горячей линии платежной системы МИР о таких правилах не знают и также отправляют меня в компанию Юнителлер для решения вопроса. Банк, который обслуживает метрополитен в СПб - Банк Санкт-Петербург, говорит, что они тоже не знают о таких правилах и стоп листами метрополитена они не занимаются. И что мне нужно обратится в метрополитен. Обращаюсь в метрополитен. Там говорят, что из стоп листа может убрать только компания Юнителлер, обращайтесь туда. А в результате что? Юнителлер не может, или не хочет, или не умеет. Непонятно. Но результат всей истории, это восторг: Перевыпускайте карту! Вы серьезно??? Каждый раз при каких-то там сбоях в банке или в оборудовании, перевыпускать карту??? И все структуры, которые могут быть задействованы в данном вопросе, просто пишут НЕЛЕПЫЕ, НЕКОМПЕТЕНТНЫЕ отписки, в том числе и компания Юнителлер.
