Сделала заказ, брюки своего размера, после работы заехала за ними… Стоят три заторможенные дивы, не открывают посылку, не дают примерить брюки. Требуют сначала оплатить заказ, только после этого дадут примерить! Вопрос: за что платить??? Ответ: у нас такие правила! Откуда такие правила??? Это политика бренда?! После долгих колебаний, прошу открыть посылку, посмотреть ту ли вещь прислали. Открыли. Брюки с огромным грязным пятном сзади, на талии… Как понять владельцев бренда? Такие менеджеры, лично у меня , полностью отбили охоту что-либо приобретать в этом магазине 🤦🏻‍♀️

Продавцы в магазине не заинтересованы в работе абсолютно, стоят у входа и болтают) Один консультант Гриша действительно помог, видимо делает работу за всех)

Часто бываю в магазинах этого бренда. Но в этот раз меня постигло разочарование. Продавцов в зале не было ни одного. На кассе была только одна девочка, которая не успевала всем помогать. Из-за этого так и не было смог ничего померить. Выбор слабоват, по сравнению с другими точками этого бренда....
