Всем доброго времени суток! Я придерживаюсь правила- погонял на тачке годик другой, продал, взял по-новее. Этой осенью опять назрела такая необходимость. Сам я из Череповца, но машины стараюсь брать в Москве, выбор там по-больше, с ценами лучше дела обстоят, да и с трейд-ин как-то веселее. Как всегда, промониторив объявления, нашел несколько подходящих машинок, созвонился с салонами, уточнил наличие. 02 декабря отправился я в очередной раз в Москву, и это не первая моя попытка. Первым салоном и , к счастью, последним был United Motors. Там мне приглянулась белая KIA Rio 2013 года 1.4 на механике. Но выбор мой остановился не ней, а на черной RIO 2014 года 1.6 МТ. Ее только выставили, даже на сайт на успели свой выложить, а я ее перехватил. Свою старенькую РИО 2008 года я сдал, и поехал домой уже на новой.

При заключении договора (в предмете) цена прописана меньше в два раза (цифрами), ниже по тексту мелкими буквами указана цена автомобиля в два раза выше и соответственно Вы покупаете автомобиль по УДВОЕННОЙ ЦЕНЕ. Юристы грамотные, подкопаться сложно и долго. При фактическом подписании договора (передаче денег) и желании его аннулировать при том как замечен ОБМАН, договор не возвращают, отправляют в суд! И там Вас ждет новый "сюрприз" каждый день неустойки стоит 11 000 руб., т.е. к суду набегает сумма порядка 330 000 руб.! Тут же поступает предложение от них переписать договор и вынуждают (дабы аннулировать предыдущий договор) купить Хлам/ автомобиль по завышенной цене ( на 100 000 руб.)
