Постоянно беру тут одни и те-же джинсы. Мне их хватает на квартал, дальше протираются. Да, я толстый. В других местах ещё быстрее протираются. Консультантов не видно, не слышно, но когда надо, быстро находишь и на вопросы отвечают.

Если найти консультантов, что очень сложно, то помогут на 100%, все найдут и объяснят. Магазин большой, ассортимент на уровне.

Купила в магазине Uniclo в ТЦ Калейдоскоп вещь для ребенка. На этикете написано «Джемпер» (никак не нижнее бельё!), на кассе специально ещё раз уточнила — подлежит ли товар обмену или возврату. Мне ответили - да, подлежит. Но при попытке сдать его обратно и поменять на другой размер мне ответили, что детские вещи у них не возвращаются. Я возразила, что про детские вещи в законе о защите прав потребителя ничего не сказано — на что менеджер ответил «а, ну значит, это нижнее бельё, всё равно вернут ь нельзя». На мои дальнейшие возражения («это точно не бельё! я уточняла у кассира!!») менеджер смотрел стеклянными глазами и бубнил одно и то же. Очень противно! Мамы и папы, если покупаете детские вещи в Юникло, имейте это в виду. Я лично больше в эту лавку ни ногой и никому не советую. – показать

Сегодня в примерочной Uniqlo в ТЦ Калейдоскоп (м. Сходненская) девушка дала мне неправильный номерок (с числом, на единицу большим количества имеющихся у меня вещей), когда я вышла, у меня стали требовать недостающую вещь, логично, что я ничего не могла с этим сделать. Далее у меня сложилось впечатление, что на меня организована облава, охранники ходили вокруг с подозрительным видом, а на выходе, как я понимаю, волею стоящего рядом охранника, на мне зазвенели рамки. После этого меня обыскали. Не найдя ничего, сказали мне «Хм, как странно»Это самый ужасный и унизительный случай в магазине одежды в моей жизни. Не думала, что такое бывает. Кажется, вещи им дороже постоянных клиентов! Жалею, что до обыска совершила очередную покупку в этом магазине. Это был последний раз, вспоминать противноСпасибо магазину! – показать
