Сеть гипермаркетов "Унидом", в частности магазин на ул.Лелюшенко даёт возможность всем желающим приобрести всё необходимое для домашнего хозяйства сразу и в одном месте. Очень хороший подбор товаров, изысканное оформление интерьера. Сюда можно ходить просто как на выставку или в музей, получая представление как можно качественно улучшить и украсить свой быт. Огромное спасибо работникам гипермаркета за безупречный вкус и доброжелательность.

03 августа в гипермаркете Унидом на Лелюшенко (там же и Магнит) купила кастрюлю с пластмассовой ручкой, код 04956, чек № 00137. При нагреве эта пластмассовая ручка стала плавится и потекла. Хотя она должна быть огнеупорной. Я поняла, что товар некачественный. Когда принесла эту кастрюлю обратно в магазин обменять, мне на ресепшине девушки сказали, что надо делать экспертизу, и если экспертиза будет не в мою пользу, то я должна ее оплатить, а если не оплачу, то они кастрюлю оставят себе! Впер вые слышу этот бред. Понятно, что эта экспертиза будет не в мою пользу. Я оставила эту кастрюлю им на память. Фото я не стала делать. Остался неприятный осадок, и больше в этот магазин я не пойду. И другим не советую! Товар там некачественный. – показать

Добрый день! К сожалению, без экспертизы невозможно установить, это заводской брак либо нарушение условий эксплуатации.
