Не ходите в этот магазин, оплатил заказ, ждал 2 недели. Пришел за ним, а мне сказали что я им должен оплатить, получается что повторно. Это очень оскарбительно, когда продавцы свои ошибки сваливают на клиентов. Я помню куда и когда свои деньги трачу.

Александр, если мы берем деньги за товар, то выдаем чек, на основании которого Вы получаете свой заказ. Также мы принимаем заказы и без предоплаты, тогда мы берем оплату только при выдаче заказа. У Вас чека нет, в нашем компьютере такой оплаты нет, значит, ее и не было. Уточняем, что теперь в торговых точках стоят онлайн кассы, поэтому все чеки фиксируются. Про две недели ожидания предупреждали сразу и Вы согласились. Мы выполнили свои обязательства в полном объеме. Извините, если причинили неудобства.
