Два года назад обратились в Ульяновские двери в ТЦ Шелковый путь для замены межкомнатных дверей . Изготовление и доставку задержали на две недели. Не стала тратить свои нервы, примирилась. Дальше по рекомендации от них же заказали установку . Посчитали сумму, прислали документы, но при установке стали накручивать цену, якобы не стандартные моменты . Через месяц после установки стали видны, мастерски замазанные трещины в деталях коробки. И вот вишенка на торте - отошел шпон от полотна . Обратилась к продавцу, но увы срок гарантии 1 год . Не предложили никакое решение, хотя бы рекомендации по ремонту итд . Итого : нарушение сроков поставки , не профессиональные рекомендованные установщики, не качественные двери, не клиентоориентированная организация . Хотите проблемы за ваши деньги? Вам в Ульяновские двери !
