Достоинства: Оперативная обработка онлайн заказа. Доставка в установленное время. Качество и комплектация заказа. Недостатки: Не выявлено Комментарий: Позитивное впечатление. Заказ был сделан в период самоизоляции. Доставка грузового - велосипеда STELS Energy-IV была сделана в согласованное время, грузовой-велосипед был собранном виде и готовый к использованию без лишних доработок с моей стороны. Функциональностью и ходовыми качествами полностью удовлетворен.

Недостатки: Оплатил заказ 28 апреля 2020 года. Срок доставки по сравнению с другими компаниями на два дня быстрее 4 -5 дней (За такой срок готов был переплатить, на стоимость доставки около 800 рублей). На 11 мая товар даже не доставили в грузовую компанию. На все телефонные звонки (звонил 6 раз), отвечают что товар в грузовой компании (по факту только создали накладную). Т.е. лгут. Спросил у менеджеров, что можно сделать, что бы товар все таки начали доставлять? ответ: "оставьте отзыв на сайте компании" Дважды написал отрицательный отзыв, на сайте отзыв так и не появился. Продолжаем звонить и ждать доставки. Комментарий: Компания на текущий момент очень сильно смахивает на мошенников.
