Продают поломанный товар, зная об этом, потом необходимо за свой счет делать возврат этого товара, тратя нервы и деньги, и даже при этом ситуация еще не решена до сих пор, новый товар не выслали, деньги тоже не вернули.

Купила в этом магазине брелок для поиска вещей Xiaomi Bluetooth Key Finder артикул 963221. Получила товар - оказалась явная китайская подделка. Оригинального логотипа на упаковке нет. Программа для установки на телефон не скачивается, Т. к. Не существует. при сравнении фото оригинального изделия и купленного видны отличия. Оператор Ромaн по телефону обещает решить эту проблему, прошло уже 3 дня с момента получения, но решения так и нет. Предложила вернуть товар, Разговаривать перестали. Деньги мне вернуть никто не собирается. Извиняться так же никто не хочет. Сумма не большая 3000 руб. Осадочек остался. ОБРАЩАЮСЬ КО ВСЕМ - В ЭТОМ МАГАЗИНЕ МОЖНО КУПИТЬ КОНТРАФАКТ, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ В ЭТОТ МАГАЗИН.​
