11 сентября 2018г. мой отец 1928г рождения вынужден был обратиться в мед центр "Улыбка плюс" ( т. к. проживает в другой области) к оториноларингологу ШЕВЕРДОВОЙ Л. А. по поводу наличия пробок в ушах. Чтобы в дальнейшем заказать слуховой аппарат. Осмотр длился не более 2 минут, после которого дипломированный врач Шевердова вынесла заключение-пробок нет. Мы оплатили консультацию 700руб. Но когда мы пошли заказывать слуховой аппарат пробки в обоих ушах были, которые при мне и удалили. Я обратилась в мед центр по поводу возврата денег. т. к. считаю что услуга пациенту не была оказана, Шевердова пробки не обнаружила. но мне отказали, ссылаясь на то. что врач, удаливший пробки не является специалистом. Вот это и странно!Неспециалист выявил пробки, а квалифицированный врач нет. Печально, что клиника вместо извинения предпочла продумать как выкрутиться. чтобы не возвращать деньги. Жаль, что многие платные клиники нацелены на увеличение доходов, а не на качество обслуживания. Мы оказались в числе тех. к кому отнеслись формально. Обидно за папу, которому 90лет и который с большим трудом доехал до клиники, чтобы показаться" специалисту" Шевердовой. Подумайте прежде чем идти в мед центр "УЛЫБКА ПЛЮС", ОДНО ВЫКАЧИВАНИЕ ДЕНЕГ
