Отвратительное отделение 87502! Без негативных эмоций оттуда не выйдешь . Мне нужно отправить СФОРМИРОВАННУЮ посылку ,это занимает 2 минуты !,но отстоять нужно 1,5 часа очереди ,потому что работает один оператор !Обьясните мне пожалуйста,почему я должна ждать 20 человек которые платят коммунальные !???? Также заставляют покупать пакет при отправке !Я отправляю в своей коробке ,но пакет обязана купить и оплатить его обязана также я ,а не человек который получает !Зачем мне нужен этот пакет ,когда посылка уже упакована в коробку ??!!! На вопрос :»Почему работает один оператор ?»,мне ответили «Потому что все больны короновирусом !»,при этом старший сотрудник которая мне ответила на этот момент не была занята ! Надеюсь эти отзывы читаются и предпринимаются меры ,потому что такое хамское поведение сотрудников не влезает ни в какие ворота !.
