2 года назад оставлял неплохой отзыв и 4 звёзды, это попало на период структурных изменений,когда Укрпочта пыталась омовременится и изменится,на сегодняшний день меняю свою оценку на одну звезду,реформа полностью провалена,закостенелую совковую систему хрен чем сломишь, заспанные ,хамовитые тетки в отделах только усогубляют картину,плюс вечные очереди,не удобный личный кабинет,волокита и кучу бумагомарания что бы провести любую операцию...последнее время скорость доставки увеличилась в двое,даже низкие тарифы не компенсируют неудобство использования этого сервиса. Общее впечатление-отвратительно!!

2 раза пытался получить повестку заказным писомом из суда (!) и оба раза столкнулся с некомпетентностью. Первый раз было уведомление на вайбер и бумажное в ящике. Пришел с обоими в отделение, но заказного письма найти не смогли. 10 раз проверяли номера, но письма не оказалось. Я оставил номер моб. и ушел. Утром следующего дня они его все таки нашли и перезвонили. Ну ок, пришел забрал. Второй раз уведомление пришло только в ящик. Прихожу в отделение, а мне говорят - мы храним заказные письма 5 дней. Ваше уже ушло, вы слишком долго ждали. Я говорю - так вы мне только вчера сообщили! Ответ убил - мы ничего не знаем, до свидания, связывайтесь с отправителем. Ребята, стыдно. На дворе 21 век, Илон Маск скоро Марс колонизирует, а вы до сих пор в заказных письмах не можете ладу дать. Я не думаю, что у вас такой огромный поток подобной корреспонденции, что бы так косячить, тем более что 80% давно от ваших услуг отказались.
