Мне понравилась ук Август, по сравнению с той, которая у меня была в микрорайоне Юбилейный, я местный житель Подольска, жуть прям Так как я приобрела жилье в собственность, понадобились услуги по ремонту, позвонила на горячую линию ук Август и даже удивилась что так любезно со мной общался оператор по заявке, буквально через час мне перезвонил сантехник, сказал в какое время мне удобно что б он пришёл и когда пришёл и сделал за 10 мин мне и опломбировал, да ещё и куча советов дал по замене крана, я была удивлена сервисом и приятно удивлена, даже на "чай" не взял, сказал что все по регламенту и по тарифам, которые есть у Августа на сайте в открытом доступе Мне, как кореному жителю Подольска ук Август очень понравилась, я не голословлю, потаму что сталкивалась с жку, где просто приходилось ругаться с начальством, так как заявки по 3 мес не рассматривались, у нас На Бульваре 65 летия Победы идеально чисто во дворах, уборка подьезда идеальная, а сейчас и дезинфекции по высшему разряду!! Спасибо сотрудникам ук Август, кстати моя подруга того же мнения об ук Август, их дом на Октябрьском проспекте 15,за 40 лет ни разу не ремонтировали, а ук Август в 2019 году сделала во всем доме Капитальный ремонт и плитка и окна в подьезде пластик,, ей бесплатно поменяли радиаторы отопления, муж инвалид, и все за эти 3 года находясь в ук Август, а не 40 лет ожидания!!! Расчёты по комунальным платежам меня вполне устраивают Спасибо!!!

Очень плохая УК. Пришла обманом в наш дом подделав подписи в протоколах. Не работает, а просто разграбляет дома.
