Отвратительное обслуживание. Вызвали на аварийную ситуацию, на что нам ответили, что у них обед! Прошёл час. Нас заливает. Сотрудников до сих пор нет!

Благодаря этой УК в домах и дворах у нас чистота. Зимой всегда чистят от снега, обрезают старые деревья во избежание падения на машины, что постоянно происходит в других дворах! В подъезде сделан ремонт, окрашены стены.

Была протечка трубы в ванной, позвонили в УК в 23:00 вечера, через 20 мин приехали и устранили протечку. На следующий день пришли строители и сказали, что нужно менять стояк. Стояк уже заменили, сделали все аккуратно. Мы довольны, спасибо!

Территория вокруг дома чистая, снег убирается вовремя, контейнеры для отходов освобождаются своевременно, что очень важно. В нашем подъезде все недостатки быстро устраняются, вопросы по жалобам решаются тоже крайне быстро, поэтому работой компании довольна.

УК-5 знаем совсем недавно, но уже успели убедиться, что они надежные товарищи. Несколько раз возникали проблемы с водой, а на днях и с отоплением, оставили заявку, мастера приехали оперативно, всё отремонтировали.
