Недавно побывала в этом хостеле. Если честно я в восторге,приятная дружеская атмосфера.Очень приятный персонал,общаться легко. Встретили хорошо,все рассказали и показали. Осталась довольна, в следующий раз остановлюсь в этом хостеле.

Буквально на днях, 9,10 января ездили в Москву и побывали в этом хостеле. Ужасно грязные душевые, не кабины, а именно душевые, как раньше в общагах были, воняют плесенью и сыростью, не отважилась туда зайти, так как сыро и грязно, отвратительно, мебель старая, даже на кухне не приятно находиться, средство для мытья посуды закончилось, админу вообще до этого нет дела, ещё было много китайцев в хостеле. Мойки так же были очень грязные, очень противно было даже умыться. Админ сидел в телефоне🙄 А ещё чуть не выселили перед заселением

хамоватый персонал, постельное белье, на котором до нас кто-то спал, с грязными пятнами и разводами. ключ ни от номера, ни от входной двери с домофоном на руки не дают. мол, потеряете. мы предложили оставить залог, чтобы оставить ключ себе на время проживания - нам только снова нахамили. никто не звонил и не подтверждал бронь. нас в принципе вообще не ждали и встретили фразой «а вы вообще кто???» мы попросили поменять постельное в нашем присутствии - снова хамство. меняли, когда мы ушли гулять. в результате когда вернулись, оказалось, что весь день номер с нашими вещами был открыт. все ценные вещи пришлось носить с собой весь день. и белье постелили хоть и постиранное, но тоже с пятнами. стены картонные, слышимость феноменальная. всю ночь под дверью бродили пьяные люди. всю ночь было шумно. поспать и отдохнуть не удалось сама комната- маленькая коморка, не приспособленная даже для комфортного проживания на 1 ночь. абсолютно не продумано. ни полок, ни шкафа, ничего. мы были во многих хостелах в разных городах. и этот однозначно самый худший
