На нашем предприятии в какой-то период была большая кадровая текучка. К концу года поняли, что самостоятельно с бухгалтерской отчетностью не справимся. Обратились в компанию UCMS за помощью. Они изучили наши документы, разобрались и привели в порядок. Отличная работа. Спасибо.

Доброго дня. Заказывали у UCMS расчет заработной платы и очень довольны результатом. В организации работают эксперты, знающие свое дело. Компания справляется с аутсорсингом на ура! Предоставили все качественно и очень быстро, мы бы целую вечность занимались. В общем я рад данному сотрудничеству.

Работаю полгода, сложилось впечатление. Из плюсов: полностью белая зарплата и бонусная часть. Обед плавающий в любое время, если раз-два в месяц опоздал на 5 минут никто не будет стоять и выверять, когда ты пришёл. Все переработанные часы фиксируются, компания ценит то, что сотрудники идут навстречу и в ответ к людям относится по-человечески. Здесь вы не встретите свинского отношения к людям, где фиксируются ваши походы в туалет но зато с «мощной корпоративной культурой и скаканием в шапке с брендом на тим билдинге»,. Убежала из банка сюда и ни разу не жалею. Из минусов ДМС ка после года и переработки в отчётность. Если попадётся сложный клиент, придётся приноравливаться к характеру
