Вчера 24.04.2019 хотела в этом филиале обменять валюту. Кассир забраковала и сказала поменяет за минусом 10%, что вообще ниже низкого. Пошла в Сбербанк кроме 2 купюр взяли без проблем, без всяких %. Банк химичит или кассир непрофессиональный, не знаю, но неприятно.

Ужасная работа банка дистанционно, на телефон горячей линии не отвечают. Оставляю заявку что бы перезвонили, мне не перезванивают, пишу два дня в чат и там тоже молчат(((
