Просто жесть что за сервис, такси Халява в Петербурге, и то лучше. Пипец, ребята, уберовцы, вы таким сервисом сами себе в ноги и стреляете. Создайте центр обучения персонала, так не пойдет дальше работать, сервис разочаровывает людей. Обучите водителей, сделайте инвестиции в свои обучающие центры. С людьми, с сотрудниками надо работать. Меня водила их просто вышвырнул на остановке, ему не понравилось мое замечание, что он всех пропускает, хотя я ехал на обучение, за которое заплатил 60 000 рублей за 2 месяца, а таксисту все было похер, ему ли видите ли, вздумалось красивых девушек вперед пропускать. Ну пипец какой-то. Ребята, не стройте еще один совок (фирму, работающую по советским шаблонам). Учитывайте желания рынка, людей. Мы же не просто тюки и груз, который надо доставить до пункта Б и взять деньги за это. Мы же живые люди. Хотите наши деньги - заработайте их и мы деньгами проголосуем за хорошую компанию.

г\н НЕ735 77. а\м хёндай. Водитель не славянин, при открытом окне выражается нецензурной бранью на других участников движения и уезжает, вместо того чтобы выйти и разобраться, что не устраивает! Хотел найти его, уехал, а телефона нету в УБЕРЕ, чтобы позвонить узнать героя РУССКОГО НАШЕГО) Подумайте в следующий раз, когда будете вызывать такое такси, что с вами может случиться, а контактов нету, с кем связываться. Как говориться- пишите письма, мы вас любим)
