Обслуживание клиентов по принципу "Солдат спит - служба идёт". Такое ощущение что клиенты как назойливые мухи от которых проще отмахнуться. Когда покупали машину, вышеупомянутый Дмитрий говорил как много плюсов если мы будем обращаться к ним по установке ГБО. И бумаги то они сделают, и на учёт поставят за небольшую доп. плату, а по факту установка обошлась на 10 тысяч дороже чем обещали (заплатили мы сразу), установили в марте, не помню точно сколько попыток получить документы делали, но к августу нам наконец то объявили что можно забрать, когда мы приехали оказалось что нам надо самим ехать за ними в сервис, который производил установку. Но и это полбеды, в сервисе выяснилось что деньги за установку салон не перевёл и бумаги нам не отдадут. Поехали снова в сентябре, на этот раз нас просто отфутболили сначала в салоне типо мы перевод сделали получайте сами, потом в сервисе типо отдадим работникам салона. Автомобиль мы купили в Январе, т.е. он на гарантии, дважды обращались за ремонтом. Сначала отломился ручник, потом плеер отказал. Но оказалось что это всё не гарантийные случаи. Ремонт только за отдельную плату. Уважаемы Курганцы советую поискать другой салон, где клиентами дорожат и относятся к своей работе ответственно
