Обратились в данную организацию для ремонта трубы шарнира от К-703. Нужно было наплавить и проточить. На словах всё объяснили, говорили что все умеют, делали работу не один раз, выведут под стандартный размер. Отправили 1 сентября, обратно получили ее только 23 сентября. Знали бы как делают, в жизни бы не отправили!!!!!!!! Наплавить наплавили, а проточили токаря так, что нужно все по новой делать. Не знаю в каком состоянии делал токарь но ошибиться на 1/10 мм это нужно прям очень постараться. На наши претензии не отвечают, послали на три буквы, переделывать работу отказываются!!!! Не советую с ними связывать, потеряете время нервы и деньги!!!!

Уважаемый Дмитрий. На Вашу претензию сообщаем: труба шарнира была восстановлена под стандартный размер втулки. В течение двух недель наши специалисты безрезультатно пытались с Вами связаться и предложить отправку в Ваш адрес новую втулку. Так же были варианты по исправлению посадочного места Вашей втулки трубы шарнира. Все попытки связи с Вами были Вами проигнорированы. Мы как и ранее готовы помочь в решении вопроса, надеемся что Вы примите наше предложение.

Приезжал по рекомендации знакомого. Ремонтировала коробку передач ZF, провели диагностику, дали рекомендации и по цене всё вышло, как и заявлено. Спасибо.
