Современный, классный парк в шаговой доступности. Отлично спроектирован и воплощен в реальности. Отдельно стоит отметить футуристичную пешеходную дорожку над землёй, а также огромный пруд (бассейн?), в который так хотелось окунуться этим жарким летом. Ощущение, что находишься в Европе. Особенно здорово гулять на рассвете. Рекомендую.

Нормально. Совсем плохо нельзя сказать, все достаточно оборудовано, красивые цветочки, прудик. Но и не отлично. О плюсах: + симпатично; газончики, цветочки, водичка + мало людей, даже в выходные + классные места для загара. Приятные газончики. + есть бесплатная парковка в Леруа + есть биотуалет, на этом спасибо :) чтоб не в воду)) + есть детская интересная площадка с белым песком и батутиками О минусах: - недостроенно - идет стройка прям напротив всей красоты (понимаю, это временно) - самый огромный минус : КУПАЮТСЯ ВСЕ. Т.к рядом идет стройка.. И в такую жару безумно хочется всем купаться.. Как вы думаете, куда идут рабочие? Даа. А если рядом с этим местом ещё и кто то заказал курьерскую доставку, как вы думаете, что делают доставщики? В целом я конечно все понимаю, все люди, все хотят купаться. Но... Хоть бы одежду грязную снимали прежде чем туда нырять. Ведь и дети там плавают. Из за такой культуры отношения друг другу, что банально в маленьком прудике купаются все : и чистые, и грязные - грустно. Вода, по ощущениям, не хлорированная. По итогу: погулять, пофоткаться, отлично провести выходной - суперское место. Покупаться? Ну я бы задумалась. А так выводы делайте сами :))
