Меняла стекло на телефоне в "ТВОЙ СЕРВИС" за 3000 руб., На второй день после ремонта отказал сенсор на нижней части экрана, в том месте где находиться клавиатура, когда печатаешь в мессенджерах, а потом и вовсе треснуло двух сторон стекло, видимо от слишком сильных нажатий и попыток заставит сенсор реагировать. Несмотря на то, что по договору гарантия 1 месяц мне отказали исправить дефекты. Хотя по законодательству возможны несколько вариантов решения проблемы: уменьшение стоимости; исправление недостатков без дополнительной оплаты со стороны потребителя; дублирование оказания услуги. По всем трем пунктам мне было отказано. Теперь я вынуждена писать официальную претензию на имя ООО Триумф и жалобу в Роспотребнадзор. Надеюсь, справедливость восторжествует!

Уважаемая Олеся, вы путаетесь в своих показаннях, мы прослушали все ваши звонки, и вы в первом разговоре сказали, что вы уронили телефон и он у вас разбился, а потом у вас стал глючить тачскрин, а не так как вы написали в отзыве. Заменить дисплейный модуль по гарантии вам отказали, так как у вас не гарантийный случай. Вы его сами разбили. Вытащили оперативку с ноутбука и вставили свою хреновую при диагностике. Ноут в любом случае на выброс, т.к. процессор сгорел, но крайне негативный поступок с их стороны.
