19.05 были с женой в этом "замечательном месте", хотели купить шатер на дачу. Посмотрели, выбрали. Купить оказалось не так легко, как хотелось бы. 15-20 минут ждали хоть какого-нибудь работника этого отдела, т.к. другие сотрудники не могут нам помочь, да и желания у них не было никакого. С горем пополам пришла девушка и оформила нам этот шатер. Сказала, что нужно оплатить и получить его в пункте выдачи(в первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким, что ты сначала платишь и не видишь, что ты покупаешь. В каком состоянии покупаешь.) Все оплатили и пошли на выдачу. Там мы простояли 30 минут, но нам так ничего не выдали. Объяснили это тем, что он где-то на другом складе!!! На каком другом??? Не выдержали и сделали возврат. Такого отношения к покупателям я еще не встречал нигде. Просто отвратительно.

Нам нужна была ванная и унитаз. в Твоем доме нашли то, что искали. цены оптимальные. сделали заказ. конечно же сразу с нас взяли деньги. хотя доставка планировалась лишь через неделю. плюс оплатили саму доставку, подъем на этаж, короче по полной. менеджер сказал "позвоним в четверг или пятницу", а доставка планировалась на субботу. наступила пятница, никто не звонит. муж написал письмо в Твой дом, т. к. по телефону никто не отвечал. в итоге только после это перезвонили, сказали что завтра не доставят, поставщик не поставил ванную. только на следующей неделе могут. ок. опять же они сказали "позвоним в четверг-пятницу". о доставке также договорились на выходных, т. к. в квартире никто не живет пока. история повторяется. к вечеру пятницы никто конечно же не позвонил, написали. опять перезвонили. попробуйте угадать что они сказали? доставки не будет. предложили вернуть деньги. поскольку нам ооооочень нужен был товар, спрашиваем- вы точно поставите? "да!"- ответили они. "На следующих выходных!" сегодня уже третья пятница, никто не звонит и на письма уже не отвечает...
