Колония Хиппи из Саус-парка пополам с лабиринтами форта Баярд и Арбатом 90х. Здание дореволюционной фабрики с восхитительными арочными потолками, толстыми кирпичными стенами, огромными окнами и центральной чугунной лестницей. Непонятно сколько там проходных помещений, используемых под под мастерские, залы для раздумий о вечном, мастерклассы чего-то странного и комнат для обитания этой арт тусовки. Ремонт пермонентный, по мере необходимости, своими силами и небольшими средствами. Непроходящее ощущение сюра. Статуи из сваренных железяк, несколько макетов электрических стульев с зажимами для конечностей, полуразобранный корпус автобуса, древние мотоциклы которые на ходу... Тепло, не сыро, не капает, есть электричество, периодически кормят в столовке. Можно снять большие залы для фотосъёмки, можно заехать большой тусой, палатки разбить в этих залах и жить некоторое время, если вас не пугает жизнь хиппи.
