Скорость интернета очень низкая, а в последние месяцы по вечерам еще и регулярные обрывы связи. Ответ поддержки один - проблема в роутере. А проблема явно в провайдере.

Самый ужасный провайдер который можно повстречать! В микрорайоне новые водники они монополисты и об нормальном интернете выбрав данного провайдера можно забыть навсегда. Если у вас есть возможность выбрать другого провайдера, то выбирайте даже не задумываясь... С этой компанией не в коем случае не работать

Интернет вылетает каждые пятнадцать минут. Работать с ним невозможно. Техподдержка все сваливает , то на проблемы с роутером, то еще на какие-то причины. Даже отзыв пишу через телефон, так как получить соединение в течение 10 минут через данного провайдера так и не смог. Проблема в том, что в нашей новостройке просто нет другого провайдера. Но, скорее всего придется брать мобильный модем, так как терпеть такие услуги от данного провайдера просто уже нет сил.

Проверить, кто виноват: роутер или провайдер - очень легко, нужно всего лишь подключиться к сети провайдера напрямую без роутера, (например ноутбуком). И если не будет "вылетать каждые 15 минут" - делать соответствующие выводы. Наверняка техподдержка предлагала выслать к вам домой мастера, чтобы он все проверил именно так: своим ноутбуком, подключившись к проводу вместо роутера. А на самом деле проблема однодиапазонного WiFi в плотно заселенных домах принимает масштабы катастрофы. Решение: 1. Подключать все стационарные устройства (особенно телевизоры) проводом к роутеру и 2. Переходить на роутеры с поддержкой 5 Ггц (в этом диапазоне пока свободно). Не забываем, что гаджеты должны тоже поддерживать эту частоту, иначе они будут подключаться на старый забитый 2,5 Ггц диапазон.
