Ужасное! Достоинства: Нет плюсов! Недостатки: Некомпетентные менеджеры, потеря денег! Работники некомпетенты! Ни за что не несут ответсвенность и выполняют работу спустя рукава! Еще и удалили отзывы из группы в контакте! Там все на них жаловались!

Очень огорчена Достоинства: Хорошие предложения Недостатки: Равнодушие Неоднократно обращались в Спутник при организации летнего отдыха сына. Но отдых в августе 2018 разочаровал полностью. Точнее, не сам отдых, а трансфер, обеспечиваемый Спутником. Микроавтобус, доставляющий детей из лагеря в аэропорт, попал в дтп. О чем мне в телефонном режиме и сообщил представитель турфирмы. Типа, ничего страшного, у Егора просто шея болит. Через несколько часов мы встретили в аэропорту Ростова сына, сопровождающего не было, наверное, сочли, что 15 летний парень сам дождётся родителей. Честно сказать, меня огорчил очень Спутник. Представители фирмы ни разу не позвонили и не спросили о последствиях этого ДТП. А они были, до сих пор устраняем. Трансфер стоил порядка 20 тысяч, неужели этого недостаточно для достойной организации процесса? При этом рекламу своих услуг шлют регулярно. Избирательная связь с клиентами. Жаль

Несколько раз ездила в их авторские туры по России и всегда они проходили на высшем уровне! Заботливое отношение к клиентам, опытные руководители, интересные маршруты и экскурсии! Смело рекомендую своим знакомым!

Достаточно вежливо, но пропорционально направлению, куда ты собираешься. Чем дальше хочешь, тем вежливей агенты.

Были с супругом единожды, больше сюда обращаться не будем. Весьма недоброжелательное общение сотрудницы и завышенные цены на туры: вчера по телефону была одна цена, а сегодня в офисе уже на 25 тысяч дороже... Откуда?!
