«Замечательно» в этой шарашке абсолютно всё. Забронировала место через приложение, за день до поездки. Сама в этот же день отзвонилась в их конторку, где оператор убедил что поездка состоится, сто билет покупать заранее не нужно. Апо факту ,что мы имеем, час до отправления звоню еще раз убедиться что все ок. Но мужик, ответивший на звонок . Говорит что нужен билет, что до меня не смогли дозвониться (хотя телефон был включен), и что для меня песта нет!!!👏🏼👏🏼 Браво, на мои возражения ,бросает трубку 👏🏼Ещё раз браво! Звоню, три раза не берут трубку. Звоню на 4, истиричная баба орёт что у них все звонки записываются и до меня не дозвонились. И я сама виновата👏🏼 Отличный сервис ребятки, блокировка и инстаграм зато молниеносная 👏🏼 Компания обмудков, не уважающая людей.
