Не понравилось Достоинства: Центр города Недостатки: Очень странное отношение Первый раз решила поехать в Турцию, посоветовали отель, приехала увидела, в шоке до сих пор, задрипанная гостиница, без горячей воды, грязная, понравилось только море и экскурсия, больше в это агентство не пойду и никому не посоветую

Так себе Достоинства: Хотябы доехали, хорошие гиды. Недостатки: Турфирма не выполняет полностью условия контракта Ездили на автобусе в Грузию, просил места в автобусе хотябы не сильно далеко так как девушку укачивает, в итоге посадили в самом конце, девушке постоянно было плохо и рвало, страховки вообще забыли нам сделать когда мы оплатили их, в отеле просил личный балкон, сами предложили и прописали в контакте, в итоге никакого балкона, на обратном пути ехали в полуживой автобусе кондиционер сломался после Грузинской границы, починить не удалось так и ехали в ужасной жаре и это ваш комфортабельный автобус, никакой компенсации за такие удобства.
