Услуги выполнены как кровному врагу Достоинства: Хорошо себя ведут пока деньги не заплачены Недостатки: Наплевательское отношение к клиенту, только платите Отдала документы. Мало того, что виза сделана на меньший срок чем раньше (хотя откатана хорошо), так и дата начала визы не позволяет въехать в зону шенгена как я хотела изначально. Обращаю внимание, что при подаче документов уточняли как я буду въезжать и я сказала, что на день раньше. После этого они просто забили на мои слова и по итогу, чтоб успеть на самолёт мне придётся докупать ещё одну визу. После косяка с их стороны передо мной ни разу не извинились и исправлять ситуацию отказались.

Татьяна, добрый день! Спасибо за отзыв! Лично присутствовал при приеме от Вас документов, хочу отметить: - Когда Вас спросили, будете ли Вы ночевать в Финляндии, Вы ответили нет. Поэтому и дату въезда в Финляндию мы указали совпадающую с датой вашего вылета. - Срок визы определяет консульство, способ подачи (через нас или лично) на срок визы не влияет - Вам предложили способ добраться до Финляндии на Lux Express, который идет по расписанию и прибывает в аэропорт за час до вылета. При онлайн-регистрации это вполне нормально. В любом случае приношу извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию и очень надеюсь, что Вы благополучно добрались до Испании. С Новым годом!

Отличная фирма ! Достоинства: Вежливое и грамотное обслуживание в офисе, с соблюдением сроков. Отличный водитель, Борис. Недостатки: Минусов нет. Обращались с супругой в Евротур для изготовления шенгенских виз. Фирма справилась с задачей отлично и в срок ! Вежливое обращение с клиентами, грамотный сервис. Ездили в Иматру 22.07.18 с водителем Борисом. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела ! Довёз отлично ! Вёл себя отлично ! Всё рассказал доходчиво и понятно. На обратном пути, несмотря на Воскресенье, объехал все пробки ! Туром довольны на все 100 % ! Рекомендуем !
