Через этого оператора отдыхаем второй раз, оценить уже могу, думаю) В принципе все организовывают нормально, помогают выбрать, если не определились, наш менеджер вплоть до детского клуба все описала что да как проходит. Ну т.е. в плане информации, мне с ними удобнее, ориентируешься ними более или менее. Этим летом решили отдыхать без выезда за границу, как-то столько курортов наших начали рекламировать, знакомые и друзья тоже откликались хорошо, вот и подумали почему бы и нет. Выбрали в Сочи отель «Жемчужина». Отель соответствует своим звездам, если вкратце. Питание, анимация, условия проживания, в общем, все на уровне. Да, услугами фирмы довольны, но одно пожелание, отрегулировать вопрос перелета, приехали как обычно пораньше в самолет, но в этот раз пришлось подождать перенесенный рейс. Лето и все дела, это понятно, но все же люди ж настраиваются на отдых уже с этого момента.

Зимой ездили с детьми в Великий Устюг, очень довольны, что воспользовались советом агента. У нас такая красивая природа, бескрайние просторы на самом деле! После поездки в этот прекрасный город, поняла, что и интересный досуг научились организовывать, очень порадовали. Хотя мы поехали всего на четыре дня, но программа была настолько насыщенной, что не было времени скучать, хотелось везде успеть. Жили в коттедже «На Вотчине» - понравилось, было очень комфортно. Посетили усадьбу Деда Мороза, которая находится в лесу, в очень живописном месте. Детей было очень много и развлечения ориентированы больше на них, но и нам было интересно понаблюдать. Сами-то никогда не были здесь.) Детям подарили памятные подарки. Очень понравилось кататься в санях с колокольчиками, такое впечатление, что там время застыло) Отдых получился очень классный, спасибо!
