Уже дважды пользовался услугами этого замечательного туроператора и не прогадал. Первый раз летали с женой через них в Тунис. Помогли со всем. Заграничных паспортов у нас не были. Помогли оформить в кратчайшие сроки. Отель был супер. Соответствовал заявленным 3 звёздам на все 100 процентов. На прошлой неделе вернулись из Праги. Компания организовала нашу поездку на достойном уровне. Спасибо Вам большое. Обязательно приду к вам снова.

Ужасный офис!Менеджера никого нет на месте Купили путевки в Турция,заключили договор,в днях ничего не теряли.При подтверждении брони оказалось,что даты вылета сместились,И день потерян!Ужасный сервис!!!Никому не советую

Если в пакет Вашего тура входил перелёт чартерным рейсом, то туроператор, а тем более турагентство не несёт ответственность за изменение времени рейса и даже смене аэропорта. Перевозчик вправе двигать вылет чартерным рейсом не более чем на 24ч.

TUI на Выхино (юр.лицо ООО «Твой отдых»):оплатили путевки 11 октября с вылетом 4 ноября в Турцию на 4 человек, 2 человека у нас из Волгограда прилетают в Москву, оттуда уже в Турцию.Сотрудник TUI сказал, что вылет будет из Шереметьево в 4:30 утра субботы (перевозчик «Северный Ветер»). туристы из Волгограда, сотрудник был предупрежден об этом. естественно, друзья взяли авиабилеты с прилетом в указанный аэропорт ближе ко времени вылета в турцию. вчера забираем билеты и ваучеры, а авиакомпания другая, время вылета раньше на 1,5 часа, да и еще из домодедово, другой конец москвы!!! по информации сотрудника турфирмы обменять билеты уже нельзя.в итоге пришлось брать билеты из волгограда в москву заново и в 2 раза дороже!!полагаю, что турфирма на называемый ранее рейс просто не стала вовремя покупать билеты, т.к. дата покупки билетов стоит 1 ноября 17 года, а оплата от нас поступила 11 октября.Свинство! – показать
