1. Не возможно зарегистрироваться на официальном сайте.2. Отсутствуют какие либо работы в летнее время по высадке цветом/деревьев.3. Подъезды на первых этажах захламлены старыми паласами и коврами (юрты).4. Отказывают в заезде на территорию двора автомобилям гостей.

Аренда места 1-го авто 1800 р. в год + какая то сумма. за брелок в год (перешивка).Считаем на стоянке около 30 машин на 2 шлагбаума:1800*30 + за перешиву брелка = 55 т.р. для ТСЖ.ТО с регулировками и подтяжками двух шлагбамов в год стоит до 20 000 рублей.Разница в 35 000 рублей, не ясно ценообразование.
