Записался за неделю к ЛОРу, чтобы перед длительной поездкой убедиться в нормальном процессе лечения, отсутствии осложнений. За день до приема, мне приходит уведомление, что я записан на совсем другое время, чем изначально. Менеджер в переписке сообщила, что время приёма изменили БЕЗ моего ведома, т.к. им так было нужно. В результате не попал на приём, к другому врачу записаться уже нет возможности из-за сроков. Остался без консультации врача перед поездкой(((
