Я вообще не поняла, что это было в моей жизни. Продавали однокомнатную квартиру. Авансовый договор заключили 11 июня, деньги получили только 5 августа. Т.е сделка длилась почти два месяца. Организованно все ужасно, к нотариусу Федорченко А.В., в прямом смысле, бежали по метро в восьмом часу вечера. Человека задержали на два часа. Один раз приезжали впустую. Причем сделку сопровождали два человека Лариса-риэлтор и Ирина -юрист, в бумажках путаются, не могли собрать нужный пакет документов. На просьбу не звонить после 18.00 (я учусь) им, судя по всему, плевать. Ни воспитания, ни образования нет. Это не сделка, а "Женитьба Фигаро"-повезет не повезет. Хотите вишенку на торте? При передачи квартиры Лариса-"риэлтор" (только в кавычках) : "Ваша квартира была самая проблемная". И это при том, что они ее покупали с несовершеннолетней. В общем, слов нет.

Ободранные стены в офисе, вентилятор в окне (вместо кондинционера), безграмотные юристы и риэлторы, директор мямля, берутся за все, назначают сделки на один день с разными клиентами, не успевают нигде. Оформление документов с ошибками, хамское отношение к клиентам. Цена средняя, но не оправдана за такую работу. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ни кому. Обходите стороной это агенство.
