Не рекомендуем обращаться в это рекламное агентство! Заказали визитки для гостиницы, а когда получили их, оказалось, что с них удалили половину важного текста и отдали нам в таком виде. Работники Тритона даже не извинились.

Заказчик предоставил собственный макет, сделанный, по всей видимости, некорректно. При препрессной подготовке часть текста ушла на нижний слой, поэтому не пропечаталась. Такое бывает (((. В этом случае мы переделываем заказ за свой счет, что и было предложено. Но заказчик запросил в качестве «извинений», сделать не 2000, а 3000 визиток, сказав, что иначе разместит в Интернете негативные отзывы. После того, как заказчик заявил, что он за 20 (!) лет работы в торговле (!!!) не допустил ни одной ошибки, мы и усомнились в его адекватности ))). После чего он был послан… куда-нибудь в другое агентство. ))) Деньги, разумеется, были возвращены в полном объеме. Надеюсь, что тысячи клиентов, работающие с нами с 1996 года, поймут нас правильно ))).
