Купил квартиру в этом ЖК и пожалел. Строят муравейники, которые расположены в 30 метрах друг от друга, т.е. даже днём там будет темно. Менеджеры врали про многое. Реклама обещала 150 метров до метро, но и не надейтесь ибо там теплотрасса, с которой, как оказалось они ничего делать не будут. Точнее будут - построят 7ми метровую стену по периметру. Не хватает только колючей проволоки для полной картины. Во второй очереди будет 176 машиномест на 1400+ квартир, в районе будет транспортный коллапс, на машину можно и не надеяться.

Мне вообще не понятна история с отсутствием пересчета стоимости при несоответствии метража, указанному в договоре. Это что получается, мне сдадут квартиру на 5-10метров меньше, чем указано в договоре и все? Мои проблемы? При такой ситуации, ждите коллективных исков после сдачи...

Добрый день! Благодарим за оставленный отзыв. Ключевым является разница в площади, указанной в ДДУ и подлежащей уточнению после натурных обмеров БТИ, и после получения застройщиком Разрешения на ввод в эксплуатацию. Если разница составляет более 5 % - это нарушение, влекущее за собой отказ от ДДУ. Если разница составляет менее 5 %, то действуют договорные условия и данная разница перерасчету не подлежит. На практике - разницы в 5-10 метров, конечно же, не бывает. У нас даже споры отсутствуют по площадям. Сдаем все в соответствии с ДДУ.
