В Ивановской области не так много фирм, кто мог бы подключить телевидение. Но даже в наших сельских условиях Триколор серьезно относится к каждому клиенту. Меня удивила работа дилеров. Девочки очень быстро отвечают на все вопросы, и могут помочь наладить сигнал, если он пропадает после ухудшения погодных условий. Обычно эта процедура занимает несколько минут. Все можно исправить самому.

С Триколором дружим давно и менять его не собираемся. Нам нравится качество сервиса, хорошая передача сигнала, возможность смотреть видео в HD, выгодные цены. Сотрудники компании или дилеры, мне лично не так важно, быстро реагируют на замечания, моментально все исправляют или дают понятную консультацию. Телевидение работает стабильно, без помех, есть все стандартные каналы, при желании смотреть больше, всегда можно выбрать подходящий дополнительный пакет.
