Пользуюсь услугами много лет. Нравится расположение, адекватные цены. Нравится весь персонал, от администраторов до мастеров .Салон работает по записи-удобно . Если происходят какие - то изменения в расписании всегда позвонят, предупредят, предложат другое время. Приходя к ним чувствую себя очень комфортно. Спасибо всему коллективу.

В салон хожу давно, в силу близости к дому. Мастера-парикмахеры так себе, делают пенсионерский начёс, выбрала себе Надежду Власову, мастер хороший, понимает с полуслова, но работает посменно (не каждый день). Также, по воскресеньям, работает косметолог, Надежда: сколько ни делала эпиляцию, всегда оставляет «дорожки»,сетуя на плохое освещение в кабинете. После последней процедуры был ожог воском паховой области. Позвонила в салон, объяснила ситуацию, дали её личный номер. Далее мастер говорила со мной на повышенных тонах, что мол это не ожог! Кожа сходит лохмотьями и болит, но то что вы видите-это не то, что вы видите. Цена не соответствует качеству ну никак! Больше туда не пойду! Мой телефон 9268456184, Оксана. – показать

Мастера ужасные.Кроме Власовой. Ленивые, вялые,медлительные, постоянно курят, что угодно лишь бы не работать. Как не придешь постоянно по всем вопросам «консультирует» уборщица, бегает и ищет мастеров, администратора (которого застать вообще большая удача), а она к слову сказать довольно пожилая дама и очень приятная в общении, что надо сказать помогает сгладить негативное впечатление, которое оставляют остальные «работники».
