Сегодня посетила данный салон,молодой человек был крайне компетентен и вежлив,проконсультировал меня по товару, оперативно и быстро распечатала фотографии через whatsapp - реально удобно! также можно отправить на whatsapp фото и вам их распечатают, пришли и забрали и не придется стоять в очереди.

Попросила распечатать фото на документ (просто распечатать уже имеющиеся) распечатали на простом картоне 2 фотографии и взяли 58 рублей. в паспортном столе эти фото не взяли. Пришлось печатать в другом месте отдала за те же фотографии 9 рублей в лучшем качестве.

Здравствуйте, спасибо за оставленный вами отзыв. Связались с продавцом и выяснилось следующее: Фотографии, которые вы предоставили для печати,не были подогнаны под формат,к тому же,расположены они были на а4 (21х30) формате. Обычно клиенты приносят готовые фотографии на стандартном а6 (10х15) формате для печати. Бумага для фото на документы используется на матовой основе плотностью 180-230 гр., так как другой тип бумаги не соответствует требованиям. Вашу фотографию не приняли по той причине,что ваш исходный файл был не соответствующего качества, так как паспортный стол очень требователен к качеству фото. Наш сотрудник оказал вам весь перечень услуг, который у нас имеется в прайс листе для подгонки под формат фото на документы,с которым вы могли ознакомиться заблаговременно, и взял сумму в размере 58 рублей.
