Делаете платные пакеты, а кассиры как не давали чеки за наличку так и не дают! Парень ушел, девушки кассиры так же не выдают чеки. И конкретно сегодня старший продавец не пробила мне чек за покупку наличными. И потом из -за вашей халатности, вы поднимаете цены. Неоднократно писали что чеки не выдаются, бесполезно. Обслуживание стало отвратительное, все хуже и хуже.

Мы разобрались в ситуации, да действительно продавец допустила ошибку, провели беседу с сотрудником, надеемся что подобного больше не повторится. Спасибо за обратную связь это очень важно для нас.
