Отличный тренажерный зал, людей не много. Занимаюсь с тренером, очень нравится подход, он мне и питание прописал, и в зале не просто рядом стоит повторения считает, а реально смотрит, как я выполняю подход, какие мышцы работают, и тренировку подогнали именно под меня. Классно.

К Антону пришли вместе с дочерью, имея обе на тот момент хронические проблемы с позвоночником. Антон профессионально и индививидульно для каждой из нас составил план тренировок. Ходим в зал полгода, за это время без лекарств пропали боли в спине у дочери, а до этого безуспешно тратили много денег на различных врачей, никто из которых не мог ей помочь, а моя спина, скрюченная, как у старушки, стала распрямляться. Очень благодарны нашему тренеру, за поддержку, отзывчивость, внимательность и позити вный настрой! – показать

Занимаюсь с Антоном уже несколько месяцев, радуют результаты, получаю удовольствие от тренировок. Антон не только хороший тренер, но ещё и очень приятный в общении человек, всегда поможет, подскажет, учитывает пожелания по времени — что немаловажно при высокой занятости. Это первый тренер, с которым я занимаюсь, нашла по отзывам в интернете и ни разу не пожалела :)
