Крайне разочарована отношением администрации этого торгового центра к вопросам гуманного обращения с животными. В кафе Broski, находящемся на территории ТЦ, замечены вопиющие случаи жестокого обращения с животными и ненадлежащего ухода за ними. Вместо того чтобы пресечь эти нарушения, руководство центра никак не реагирует, фактически покрывая подобные действия. Считаю, что такие заведения должны нести ответственность за арендаторов, работающих на их территории. Призываю администрацию принять меры и исправить ситуацию. Пока этого не произойдет, настоятельно не рекомендую посещение данного ТЦ. I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of this shopping center's administration toward the issue of humane treatment of animals. At *Broski* café, located within the mall, there have been blatant cases of animal cruelty and inadequate care. Instead of addressing these violations, the management has chosen to ignore them, effectively enabling such actions. I believe that establishments like this should take responsibility for the businesses operating on their premises. I urge the administration to take action and rectify the situation. Until this happens, I strongly advise against visiting this shopping center.

Безобразная работа администраторов кол центра. Вместо ответа рекомендуют посмотреть на сайте. Цитирую: «Посмотрите на сайте. Там должно быть. Я не знаю. Я перезвоню не знаю когда»При повторном звонке через 1 час то же самое

В ТЦ Рио очень холодно, долго находиться с детьми там не возможно! Очень жаль!Приходиться ездить в другой ТЦ, хоть и не удобно, но здоровье детей превыше всего…
