Безобразная работа травмпункта!!!!. Долгое ожидание. Травматолог гоняет чай с медсестрой. Наплевательское отношение к пациентам . Регистраторша сонная муха .Стыдно! Бедные люди им плохо сидят с травмами и долго не могут попасть ко врачу.И это при общей оптимизации и модернизации Московских поликлиник. Позор!!!

Добрый день. Хотела вызвать врача на дом, пол дня не могла дозвониться по номерас указанным на данном сайте, в 15.30 наконец-то дозвонилась, но женщина недовольным голосом сказала что мой адрес относится к другому филиалу, и мне необходимо позвонить по другому номеру. Я попросила оформить мой вызов, так как очень плохо себя чувствую и боль в груди становится все сильнее, после 5 минут разговора, мед работник согласилась оформить мой вызов. На этом эта очень интересная история не закончилась, врач приехал в начале 8. Температуру не изменил, единственное что он сделал, это сказал что мне можно обезболить нурофеном и пройти в их поликлинике какой-то платный ренген. Вот какая у нас нынче медицина. Составила обращение в министерство здравоохранения.

Ужасное отношение врачей к пациентам. Выслушать 5 минут, и сказав что у меня обед, выгнать пациента. Класс. И с телефоном видимо заходить тоже нельзя. Оставлять в коридоре. Потому что видеть ли я буду обязательно записывать наш разговор. Я конечно понимаю, паранойя и все такое. Но это просто ужас. Адское место. Высказав то что меня беспокоит, она сказала что это не к ней. Спросив, а тогда к кому, ни отвечает. И все это в грубой форме.
