Не смотря на то, что границы с другими странами закрыты из-за коронавируса, отказались компенсировать полную стоимость тура и заявляют, что это не мошенничество. Крайне не рекомендую к этим ребятам обращаться. Хотя у них итак наверное бизнес рухнет теперь.

Я несколько лет пользовалась услугами данного тур агенства и была довольна, НО последний год как сервис стал настолько не качественным... слов нет... на сайте тур показывают как замануху по одной цене, а когда в детали начинаешь вникать и переходишь к покупке оказывается тут же тур раскуплен и вас перенаправляют на актуальную страницу с ценами на порядок выше... эти уловки всем известны- зачем кого то обманывать?? Я разочарована вами, я могу купить дорогой тур, вопрос не в этом, а в том что я трачу свое время на недостоверную информацию ... меняйтесь... это вас не красит.

Цены на туры, которые представлены на нашем сайте, мы получаем напрямую от туроператоров. Эти цены динамические и могут меняться в режиме реального времени. Мы всегда советуем туристам бронировать тур как можно скорее, чтобы не упустить выгодное предложение. Кроме того, при бронировании тура деньги замораживаются на карте, списание происходит только после подтверждения тура. Если тур не подтвердился, мы предлагаем альтернативы, однако не навязываем, всегда есть возможность отказаться и разморозить деньги.
