Безответственность, хамство, мошеннечество Достоинства: быстро выставляют счет Недостатки: [цензура] осторожно Планировали большой переезд магазина. Нашел сайт компании по грузоперевозкам "Жизнь авто" по интернету. Сайт красивый, современный, внушающий доверие. выбрал интересующий меня транспорт, согласовал по телефону все ньюансы и время доставки машины. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Автомобиль заказали десятитонник с гидробортом марки MAN. Компания находится по адресу: ул. Сигнальный проезд д.13Г. Мне все любезно отвечали и быстро сделали счет на услуги. Заказ был сделан на выходной, а конкретнее утро субботы. После оплаты люди пропали из поля зрения. К указанному сроку машина подана не была, а Мы под переезд выводили людей на выходные, т. е. сверхурочно. И вот сидим мы на коробках и ждем машины, а машины нет. На звонки никто не отвечает, не реагирует на запросы. потом удалось дозвониться до какого то человека, который сказал, что он в другом городе в командировке и помочь не может, но попробует выяснить в чем дело. Вообщем через какое то время выяснили, что машина у них вроде бы сломалась и они не смогут ее подать. Получается, что мы их сидим ждем, а они даже позвонить по человечески предупредить, что не смогут выполнить заказ не удосужились. Спасибо, что есть авито и проблему с транспортом мы решили, но через частников. Это еще не конец истории. Вот уже прошел месяц, но никто из компании Жизнь авто не собирается возвращать нам деньги за непредоставленные услуги. Мы тоже пойдем на принцип и видимо будем писать заявление в прокуратуру о мошенничестве. неизвестно вообще, как говориться, а был ли мальчик? Есть ли транспорт у этой транспортной компании вообще? Пусть разбираются компетентные органы.
