Оплатил 3 ноября в приложении доставку груза, 4 ноября пошел получать ее на пвз, там мне сказали, что не видят оплаты и вопросы не к ним. На горячей линии посоветовали оплатить еще раз в пвз, а потом со мной свяжутся в рабочее время и вернут деньги. Так со мной никто и не связался. Отвратительное обслуживание. Накладная 20-04161017804

Испортили груз на 100 000 рублей и ничего не возместили! Матрасы приехали с порванной упаковкой и залиты краской! Компания запросила кучу документов- я все предоставила, но деньги так и не вернули!!! Это длилось 8 месяцев!!!! Зачем я платила за страховку груза, если деньги все равно не вернули плюс оплата некачественной перевозки, за которую деньги тоже не вернули!!! Отвратительная компания! Им наплевать на клиентов!
