Хуже ТК нету. Навязывают страховку по 250-300 руб с груза, отказаться не дают от нее, а при наступлении страхового случая ничего не выплачивают!!!! Ужасная компания.

Здравствуйте! Нам жаль, что у вас сложилось такое мнение о нашей компании. У нас страхуется большинство грузов, поэтому стоимость страхования минимальна. При повреждении или утрате вам возместят до 110 % от стоимости груза, а если груз задержится в пути, вы получите 120 % от стоимости перевозки. По условиям договора страхования у нас так же есть возможность изменить данные по страхованию в течение 3-х рабочих дней от даты приема груза от клиента. Если у вас есть вопросы по определённой перевозке, напишите нам на почту smm.support@dellin.ru номер накладной и описание ситуации.

Получаю посылки от сына из другого города. Он всегда отправляет через ДЛ, потому что тут мне удобно забирать - близко от дома. Спасибо что есть такая разветвленная сеть терминалов

Отправляю через этот терминал обычно. Специалисты работают оперативно, очередей нет. По срокам это самая быстрая ТК, проверено. По всей стране возят аккуратно.
